Refund policy

All products purchased in store or online directly from Blisss Self Care Studio are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

BSCS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

BSCS is not responsible for re-sending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

BSCS is unable to re-deliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
