Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of $50 to the card on file for the neglected contact.

We do not offer refunds, but will always do our best to correct any issues. Customer service is our top priority so just talk to us about any concerns.

10 minutes late will result in a shortened appointment, 15 may result in a cancellation & lateness charge of $30. Everyone is allowed grace—but too many consecutive lates may result in you being unable to be serviced at BLÍSSS. We want to offer you the best, and we can’t do that if you aren’t on time. HALLELUJAH we have our own parking lot for fast, easy parking!
